Job Description

Manager - Sales (Dealer Development)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve primary sales targets within the assigned region.
Payment Collection:
Ensure the timely
collection of payments
in accordance with company norms.
Dealer Development:
Drive the
development of new dealers
to expand the distribution network.
Sales Growth:
Focus on
secondary sales development
to boost overall revenue and market penetration.
Reporting:
Regularly
report to the National Sales Manager (NSM)
on sales performance, dealer development progress, and market insights.

Qualifications

Must have exposure to
after-market sales
for
speedometer clusters
.
Proven experience in a sales management role, specifically within the
Punjab region
.
A strong track record of meeting sales targets and managing dealer relationships.

Skills

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business development and dealer management abilities.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales and collection targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
