Manager - Sales & Business Development - NCR Region

As a Manager Sales & Business Development at Ethic Management Services Private Limited (EMSPL), you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding the company's presence in the NCR region. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a strategic sales plan for Manned Guarding, Facility Management, and Retail Audit/Loss Prevention services. - Identifying and acquiring new B2B clients across sectors such as retail, real estate, industrial, warehousing, and corporate offices. - Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers. - Conducting meetings, site visits, service demos, and client presentations. - Negotiating and closing contracts in line with company policies and profit margins. - Collaborating with internal teams for smooth service mobilization and delivery. - Maintaining a strong lead pipeline and providing regular sales performance reports. - Staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Possessing 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B Sales within Security Services, Facility Management, Staffing, or Auditing solutions. - Having a strong network and knowledge of the local market in NCR & Noida. - Demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. - Being able to work independently, manage field activities, and meet targets. - Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Immediate joiners or those available at short notice will be given preference.,
