You will be working as a Manager Human Resource & Admin at EMSPL, a division of Ethic India Group (EIG), responsible for overseeing HR and administrative operations at the Bandel Head Office. In the Human Resources domain, your key responsibilities will include defining and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook in alignment with business goals. You will be in charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, which involves job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Conducting structured induction programs and orientation for new employees will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will drive learning & development initiatives, conduct skill gap analysis, and organize training programs. It will be your responsibility to monitor and manage employee performance reviews and appraisal processes while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in HR processes such as labor laws and employee records. Creating a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and managing grievance redressal mechanisms will also fall under your purview. On the Administration front, you will oversee office administration tasks including facility management, housekeeping, and travel & logistics.
