Job Summary:

Manager Sales API

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Drive API sales in the US market by identifying and onboarding new clients.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and distributors.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the US API sector.
Develop competitive pricing strategies and product positioning plans.

Client Relationship Management:

Manage existing US-based clients and develop new business relationships.
Coordinate with regulatory and supply chain teams to ensure smooth deliveries.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with US FDA and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the regulatory team for DMF submissions and approvals.

Coordination & Reporting:

Collaborate with internal teams including production, R&D, and supply chain.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
10-15 years in API sales, with at least 3 years of experience handling US clients.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, API business, and regulatory requirements for the US market.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Education:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Business Management.
Travel:
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
