Manager - Sales and BD

We are seeking an experienced individual to develop and manage a strong and exclusive distribution network of dealers and sub-dealers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the dealership adheres to company standards, monitoring and supporting dealers in meeting sales targets, and serving as the primary point of contact for dealer management on behalf of the company. In addition, you will be accountable for overseeing all service and warranty issues within your region, as well as managing dealers and sales activities to achieve revenue, volume, and dealer appointment targets. Regularly reviewing sales performance, conducting market visits to stay ahead of competitors, and providing sales training and product knowledge to channel partners and clients are key aspects of this role. You will be expected to expand the business network by appointing new dealers and motivating existing ones, as well as evaluating dealer performance, identifying areas for improvement, planning expansions, and taking corrective measures for underperforming dealers. Your focus will also be on successfully launching new products in the region. The ideal candidate should have 1-8 years of experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to dealer development, management, and sales. Experience in the Two Wheeler Segment would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a Bachelor's degree. Experience in dealer development and dealer sales is preferred. The work location is in person.,
