We are looking for
an experienced person who can develop/appoint and handle a robust & exclusive distribution network of dealers & sub dealers.
Who can ensure that the dealership complies with the Company norms.
Follow up and ensure dealers are meeting their sales targets.
Who can act as a single point contact on behalf of company for the dealers management.
Who can make sure that all service and warranty issues in his region are addressed by the service team.
Who is responsible for overall management of dealers and sales for the designated region including ensuring achievement of sales targets in terms of revenues, volumes and dealer appointment.
Who can review sales performance with dealer on regular basis and monitor progress.
Who can make rigorous Market Visits to ensure track of competitors and keep the company one move ahead in the market.
Who can organize sales training to the dealers and Impart product knowledge to the channel partners and clients
Who can expand the business network through appointment of new dealers and motivating the existing dealers.
Who can regularly evaluate dealer’s performance, guide them for improvements, plan for expansion and take corrective actions for poor performance.
Who can monitor payment collections from the dealers.
Who can focus on launch of new products and ensure success of launched products in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience - 1-8 Years, must have at least 1 years in Dealer Development, Dealer Management and Dealer Sales. Experience in Two Wheeler Segment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
