Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end management of marketing projects and workflows, ensuring timely and successful delivery across initiatives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional marketing teams, including content, web, creative, digital marketing, social media, and email marketing functions to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior marketing stakeholders, identifying process inefficiencies and driving optimisation opportunities.
  • Establish and evolve project management standards, tools, and best practices within the Marketing PMO function (ex: SOP Library, documentation)
  • Build and manage cross-functional relationships to ensure clear communication, alignment, and delivery of marketing objectives.
  • Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and remove roadblocks that impact progress or outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance, generate insights, and present findings to leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the marketing knowledge base to reinforce process consistency and operational alignment.
  • Lead and coach a team of project coordinators or specialists, fostering professional growth and strong team performance.
  • Create and deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders and executives.

Experience you ll need:

  • 8-10 years

    of project management experience, ideally in Marketing & Sales.
  • Minimum

    2 4 years of people management experience

    , including leading high-performing teams and managing direct reports.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams, including content, web, creative, digital, social media, and email marketing professionals.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, tools, and lifecycle workflows; a broad understanding of the overall marketing function is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a passion for building efficient processes and scalable systems.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to influence across levels and functions.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, GSuite; familiarity with marketing automation systems is a plus.
  • Experienced in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a strong advantage
