Participate in Detail engineering consultant selection process.
Review and ensure design of all mechanical (Static & Rotary equipment) are as per codes and standards. Review and approval of documents & drawings received from consultant / vendor.
Participate in Techno-commercial discussion during procurement of all mechanical equipment.
Completes the projects by supervising all mechanical installations and resolving design issues of mechanical equipment.
Ensure quality of key mechanical equipment and system as per project standard.
Plan for spare and spare items to avoid any delay in project or plant operation.
Maintenance of all mechanical equipment by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenance schedules and procedures and testing programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating shutdowns and installations.
Following to be ensured during operation of plant.

arrangements for handling operations or long-term storage.
based on data received, the proposal of the modification to preventive maintenance schedules.
that the quality of machine, equipment, or plant maintenance operations, including those carried out by third parties, is in line with reference standards.
the maintenance of relations with inspection and OEMs in reference to the area of responsibility.

9. Communicates job expectations, monitoring and reviews job contributions and enforces staff policies and procedures.

10. Ensure work allocation and planning for reporting team.

11. Identify and ensure the implementation of training programs for the development of mechanical team

12. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
