Job Description

As a Manager of Revenue Assurance at Mastercard, you will be a part of the agile cross-functional team within Financial Planning and Analysis. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the global efforts in identifying revenue recovery opportunities and improving billing processes to minimize revenue leakage risks. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will drive end-to-end reviews for the Revenue Assurance function. If you are curious, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for process deficiencies in large datasets, this role is for you. - Lead Revenue Assurance initiatives in the region, providing analysis and advice to regional product/finance teams on revenue leads - Conduct rigorous data analysis from various databases to identify and resolve revenue leakage, and provide actionable insights - Support the development of billing efficiencies and process improvements to minimize revenue leakage - Manage the Revenue Assurance tracker, including the monthly scorecard and project timeline - Communicate results and progress of Revenue Assurance initiatives to regional Management and Finance - Perform on-sight/virtual customer QMR reviews for the region as assigned - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CA preferred - Strong data management and analytic experience - Proficiency in database management, Microsoft Office applications; Tableau and Alteryx knowledge is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills for complex issues - Systematic approach and analytical thinking mindset - High level of ownership, business acumen, and entrepreneurship - Desire to collaborate with teams and build relationships across all levels of management - Ability to follow up and follow through on time-sensitive issues - Experience in data analytics and using insights to drive impact,
