Role & responsibilities

• R&D Head is responsible for

  overseeing and managing research

  and

  development activities

  within an organization. Their role involves leading

  teams of scientists, engineers, or developers to innovate, design, and develop new products or improve existing ones.

• The R&D Manager ensures that research projects align with the companys strategic goals, adhere to budgets and timelines, and meet technical specifications.
• Plays a

  critical role in driving innovation

  , ensuring that the company remains competitive in its industry, and delivering value through research and development efforts.

• Hardware Design experience related to power electronics.

• LLC full bridge Half Bridge

• Embedded C knowledge

• Experience of designing battery system sizing

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of R&D projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and production, to ensure the smooth transition of products from development to market.

• Ensure that all R&D activities comply with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Oversee the proper documentation of research activities, including patents, product certifications, and technical reports, to protect intellectual property and ensure regulatory compliance

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate

• BE/B.Tech EEE / ECE with 10 years experience in EV /EMS Industry
• 10+ years of experience in similar industry from electronic manufacturing (EMS) concern or an EV Manufacturing Industries
• Experience in managing research and development teams
• Experience in

  Hardware Design experience related to power electronics

• Experience in LLC full bridge Half Bridge

• Good knowledge of

  Embedded C

• Experience of designing battery system sizing

• Experience in

  having R&D activities comply with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Experienced in research documentation, patent documentation, quality standards, safety protocols.
• Should be willing to work out of Bangalore Location
• CTC – Max – 20 to 21 LPA
