Position Title: Quality Manager (Stainless Steel Wire Division)

Location: Boisar

Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech/ Diploma(Metallurgy/ Mechanical)-Preferably Metallurgy

Awareness of QMS ( ISO 9001:2025 ) , OHSE

Experience : Min. 12+ Years of relevant experience in stainless steel wire manufacturing.

Job Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for handling day-to-day plant quality issues and implementing quality initiatives at plant so also will be responsible for implementation of corrective actions decided

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Compliant handling.
• QMS Audit Management.
• Perform smooth functioning of quality activities.
• Updating of ISO and Quality related certifications.
• Raising of quality complaint of RM and dealing with RM supplier.
• CAPA preparation for quality problems occurred in plant and PDI
• Preparation of SOP for each process in production.
• Ensuring of display of MSDS and testing of all bath.
• Confirm quality standards and quality characteristics of product.
• Prepare flow chart for each process to incorporate quality of product
• Rejection Analysis & CAPA, Reporting.
• Purchase indent generation in SAP system.
• All records keep & updated month wise record in file.
• CALIBRATION of measuring and testing equipment.
• Monitoring of daily testing and inspection.
• Training and development of team reporting to him.
• Handling of third party inspection.
