Job Description

Job Title: Material Manager - QC/QA

Location: Umbergaon GIDC, Gujrat

Experience :10 - 18 Years

Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only

Salary Range: 8 - 9 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate / 7 Days

Verification and Validation of all QC/QA related Documentation.
Play a lead role for artwork approval process.
Incoming inspection of all types of packaging material (Primary, Secondary & Tertiary), analysis and maintaining records.
Correspondence with supplier via purchase department in case of rejection or quality deviation of PM.
Play a lead role for preparation of MOM with supplier and maintain records for future reference.
Verification of test report of consumer gift items and consumer promotional items.
Responsible to take decision for acceptance and rejection of PM and CPI based on company approval specification.
Internal & external calibration for lab equipment.
Conduct trials for new SKU development, new vendor development, new packaging, or modification in existing packages.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining plant requirements for regulatory and statutory compliance.
Responsible for Design, Implementation of SOPs & adherence to ISO 9001, FSMS & FSSC-22000 norms and documentation.
Conduct training schedules regarding Plant SOP & Policies, handle customer complaints and create CAPA.
Maintain Finished Goods & Water Testing Reports according to FSSAI legal requirements.
Communication with top management regarding quality & production activities.
Conduct training for employees to enhance food safety, personal hygiene, hygiene, and sanitation.
Monitoring pest control activities of the plant according to schedule.
