Job title: Associate Manager Technical.

Role & responsibilities

Ensure quality protocols required by buyers (moisture %, grading, sorting, residue limits).
Guide FPOs on product qualities by ensuring proper raw material inspection
Support certification programmes (Organic, FSSAI, Fairtrade, GI-linked if any).
Maintain, drive, control and implement technical support, systems and processes to FPCs.
Implement and execute suggestion receive from seniors and external agencies.
Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards
Recognize and manage risk part related to process and product.

Preferred candidate profile

Robust technical knowledge of food processing

Good communication and coordination skills.

Expert in planning and execution skills

MIS / Excel / PM tools.
