Role Description This full-time Associate Technical Manager role is based in Chennai and requires on-site presence. The Associate Technical Manager will oversee and manage technical operations, provide technical support, engage in research and development, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Additional tasks include analyzing complex data and collaborating with teams to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions aligned with project goals. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and drive decision-making Prior experience and capabilities in team management to effectively lead and motivate teams Hands-on technical support experience for addressing and resolving technical issues effectively Expertise in research and development (R&D) to innovate and improve existing solutions and systems Proficiency in project management to effectively oversee projects, meet timelines, and coordinate team efforts Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Relevant educational background in engineering, technology, or related field is preferred Familiarity with energy industry solutions and cloud-based platforms is advantageous
