Job Description

You will be joining the Smart Infrastructure Division at Siemens Ltd., a leading global supplier of products, systems, solutions, and services for the efficient and reliable transmission and distribution of electrical power. As a trusted partner in developing and extending efficient power infrastructure, you will play a key role in delivering the industry's needed portfolio. - Coordinate AIS panel inspections at supplier premises - Provide vendor feedback and training based on supplier quality performance - Review non-conformances - Maintain the Quality Management Information System (Q-MIS) - Ensure compliance with quality management requirements - Oversee the Incoming Inspection Team - Support new product development - Coordinate with external laboratories - Maintain equipment and quality rooms - Monitor special processes - Conduct daily meetings with shop engineers As the ideal candidate, you are a BE Electrical Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the relevant field. You should have: - Knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes of MV AIS Panel and VCB - Familiarity with measuring instruments for component checking - Basic understanding of component manufacturing for plastic and metal - Knowledge of relevant international standards - Willingness to work in a global network - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Certification as a Lead Auditor for an Integrated Management System (IMS) combining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Siemens values diversity and equality in the workforce, making employment decisions based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
