Manager - Quality

As a Manager - Quality at CitiusTech, you will be part of an Agile team responsible for building healthcare applications and implementing new features while ensuring adherence to the best coding development standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting a detailed analysis of existing fixed price processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement from end to end, which involves contracting terms to delivery to sign-offs. You will be required to develop and implement optimized processes for fixed price projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements. Monitoring and managing costs associated with fixed price projects to ensure profitability and adherence to budget is also a crucial aspect of your role. Collaboration with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes will be essential. Additionally, providing training and support to teams on new processes and best practices for managing fixed price projects will be part of your responsibilities. Establishing metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of new processes and driving continuous improvement will also be a key aspect of your role. Creating and maintaining comprehensive process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be essential to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution. The ideal candidate for this role should have 8-10 years of experience and possess an Engineering Degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc). Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. In terms of skills, you must have proficiency in process modeling tools, data analysis, and project management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are mandatory. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is also crucial for success in this role.
