Manager - Quality

As a Manager - Quality at CitiusTech, you will be a part of an Agile team responsible for building healthcare applications and implementing new features while strictly adhering to the best coding development standards. Your role will involve conducting detailed analysis of existing fixed price processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement across all stages, from contracting terms to delivery to sign-offs. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing optimized processes for fixed price projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing costs associated with fixed price projects to ensure profitability and adherence to budget. Collaboration with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders will be essential to ensure smooth implementation of process changes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing training and support to teams on new processes and best practices for managing fixed price projects. It will be important to establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of the new processes and drive continuous improvement. Creating and maintaining comprehensive process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have 8-10 years of experience and hold an Engineering Degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc). Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Mandatory technical skills required for this role include proficiency in process modeling tools, data analysis, and project management software. Moreover, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are important attributes for this position. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be key to success in this role.
