Manager - Quality

As a Manager - Quality at CitiusTech, you will be a part of an Agile team responsible for building healthcare applications and implementing new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed analysis of existing fixed price processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement from end to end, including contracting terms to delivery to sign-offs. - Develop and implement optimized processes for fixed price projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements. - Monitor and manage costs associated with fixed price projects to ensure profitability and adherence to budget. - Collaborate closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes. - Provide training and support to teams on new processes and best practices for managing fixed price projects. - Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of new processes and drive continuous improvement. - Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Experience: 8 - 10 Years Location: - Mumbai - Pune - Bangalore - Hyderabad - Chennai Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree: BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. - Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
