Manager QA

As the Manager QA at the company, your role will involve providing leadership and guidance to testing resources throughout all testing phases and levels. You will partner with the ReBIT Project Management Team to define the overall test approach and tasks for projects. Your responsibilities will also include estimating the overall QA effort for projects, reviewing and analyzing estimates provided by QAs, and developing test strategies and approaches with input from Test Leads and Business Analysts. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and direction to testing resources - Partner with ReBIT Project Management Team on test approach and tasks - Estimate overall QA effort for projects - Develop test strategy and approach for projects - Manage resource allocations - Ensure appropriate project meetings are scheduled - Serve as escalation point for QA team issues - Coach and provide directions to QA team - Escalate issues to CoE Leads - Ensure execution of all testing phases as per the test plan - Ensure testing preparation, review, and execution are done as per standards - Define test strategies for various testing types - Ensure team motivation through awards and recognition - Conduct annual appraisals and quarterly reviews Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline/ MCA / M. Tech - 12-17 years of experience in IT Product and Services stream - Strong hands-on experience in all STLC phases (Waterfall/Agile) - Experience in Core Banking System Quality Engineering - 5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise-level application testing - Strong experience in Test Planning and estimations - Exposure to IT infrastructure and DevOps services - Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Relevant Technology and Process Certifications Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time fixed-term contract exclusively for ReBIT, initially for five years, extendable by mutual consent.,
