Mandatory skill sets

Manage a team of 20+ professionals on a client facing project and ensure quality of deliverables as per project requirements 2.
Responsible of QA/QC of team s work and providing deliverables on time to the client and 3.
Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation and improvements and proactively propose solutions on the go 4.
Coach team members and ensure that they are equipped to meet the required SLAs 5.
Commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team, with a foresight and ability to delegate accordingly 6.
Continuously engage with clients to understand evolving requirements and deliver valueadded services 7.
Build relationship with the key client partners and identify scope for business development 8.
Drive business review calls with the client partners on a timely basis and ensure periodic goverce cadence are set up with the leadership and the client 9.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
