Job Description

Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Media Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive PR plan aligned with brand and business goals.
Manage Oasis Fertilitys media relations across national, regional, and health/lifestyle segments.
Draft, review, and disseminate press releases, spokesperson quotes, thought-leadership articles, and media responses.
Strengthen relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to secure high-quality earned media coverage.
Lead crisis and reputation management, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Work closely with the PR agency to plan, execute, and monitor media outreach and storytelling initiatives.
Collaborate with medical and business leadership to identify story opportunities and shape the market narrative.
Track and analyze media coverage and share of voice; report performance metrics and insights.

Content Development & Management

Build and own the content strategy for digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for website pages, blogs, landing pages, patient stories, and doctor profiles.
Create impactful copy for marketing collaterals – brochures, newsletters, campaign creatives, and internal communications.
Maintain an integrated content calendar aligned with PR activities, campaigns, and brand milestones.
Ensure brand voice consistency, accuracy, and compliance with ICMR and medical communication standards.
Collaborate with design, digital, and clinical teams to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
