Proven experience in marketing & sales activities; working on Go To Market programs will be a plus (must have) - Sound project management & stakeholder management skills;
Exposure to Agile methodology, Scrum; related certifications will be an added advantage (must have)
Excellent communication both verbal & written ability to deal with very senior stakeholders (must have) -
Proficient with numbers; insightful dashboard development (must have) -
Self-motivated, should be fine to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities - Policy & procedure documentation experience
(nice to have) - Exposure in process improvement, business analysis for system automation, quality standards like ISO or CMMI (nice to have)
