Background - Welding or Machine Manufacturing industry
Experience – 9 to 12 Years
Role – Proposal and Costing Engineer (Automation and welding)
Experience Required for Role – More than 9+ Years.
Minimum Qualification - BE - Mechanical
Brief JD –
1. Good English communication skill.
2. Basic knowledge of Welding fixture, Checking fixtures and Equipment’s, SPMs,
Automation, and robotics.
3. To prepare independent Proposal (Techno commercial based on the RFQ
received from customer)
4. Prepare presentation in PowerPoint.
5. If required, then visit to customer place for proposal discussion.
6. Proficient in working out concepts for turn- key automation solution viz. gantry /
robot, Welding fixtures, special purpose machine (SPM)
7. Shall be able to understand and work on Designs (Auto Cad, CATIA, Solid Works)
8. Cycle time, Track time Study and document preparation
9. Gun Study
10. Conceptual Layout preparation
11. Shall have welding fixture basic knowledge.
12. Should be able to work out raw material cost for the manufacturing as well as
bought out items.
13. Shall be target specific working.
14. Active learning
