Overall expectations

Design, build, and deploy AI agents that autonomously generate, validate, and optimize industrial control logic (PLC) using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), ensuring integration with digital twins, real-world PLC hardware, and industrial protocols within the platform.

Skills

Core AI & Agentic AI Skills

LLM Proficiency- Prompt engineering and fine-tuning for code generation (Python, ST, Ladder, PLC).
Using APIs from ChatGPT, Claude, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.Agentic AI

Industrial Automation & Control Systems

PLC Programming- Deep understanding of structured PLC code generation rules.
Ladder Logic (LD), Structured Text (ST), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Instruction List (IL).

Software & Systems Engineering

Programming Languages

Python (agent orchestration + LLM API integration).
C/C++/C# (middleware and PLC interfacing).
JavaScript/TypeScript (front-end for automation platform operator interfaces).
Middleware & APIs- OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, Profinet, EtherCAT integration.Edge & Cloud Deployment- Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
