Manager Project Sales

Role Description

·          Develop and execute project sales strategy for repair & rehabilitation chemicals PAN India

·          Lead specification-driven sales for infrastructure, commercial, industrial projects

·          Track project lifecycles from design / specification to execution and billing

·          Build strong relationships with consultants & structural engineers, PMCs, Government departments,

Contractors & Applicators.

·          Influence product approvals and technical specifications 

·         Identify new project opportunities in Infrastructure repair & rehabilitation, Water treatment

& sewage projects, Industrial maintenance, Metro, bridges, tunnels, airports.

·          Expand presence in new geographies and segments

·          Support technical presentations, mock-ups, trials, and site demonstrations

·          Work closely with application teams for successful project execution

·          Understanding client technical requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

·       Preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to explain product

·          Preparing detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and negotiating terms to close sales deals.

Qualifications

Qualification: BE Civil Only (others dont apply)

Experience: 10 years in Project sales - Waterproofing / Building materials

Good communincation

Willingness to travel

Hindi speaking preferrable
