Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Project Management (Pre-Prepare Manager) The Pre-Prepare Manager is a cross-regional role reporting to HR, Change and Comms Manager with a focus on preparing transition, the main responsibility of the role is the planning and progress of the preparation activities to start the CORE transition in the OpCo. Responsibilities . Key contact for OpCo Transition Manager or other OpCo representative during Pre-Prepare Phase . Coordination of all Pre-Prepare activities from Central side . In alignment with the OpCo Transition Manager ensure OpCo stakeholder alignment and updates and OpCo pre-alignment of deliverables and Tollgate materials as well as defined Tollgate and Exit criteria . Ensure Central & Regional CORE team stakeholder alignment and updates . Regular alignment with Regional Programme Manager . Prepare fortnightly flash reporting to OpCo & CORE PLT and actively participate in relevant meetings . Responsible to ensure all deliverables for Pre-Prepare Phase are completed on-time in-full (OTIF) till Tollgate -1. . Create OpCo Pre-Prepare Plan and coordinate sign-off process . Ensure a proper and complete hand over to Regional Transition Manager after Tollgate -1. . Recognize OpCo change management issues and risks at their earliest introduction develop recommendations and mitigating strategies . Lead by example on collaboration and End-to-End cross-functional thinking . Continuously improve Pre-Prepare process, activities and materials used. . Gather lessons learnt and share lessons learnt across CORE programme and to the OpCo. . Provide regular updates and potential risks on the programme via regular meetings with Regional Programme Managers and/or CORE team. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Bachelor&rsquos/Master&rsquos degree . Years (managerial) experience required in a complex international environment . Experience as Project manager on Global projects Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office . Challenging approach . Influencing skills . Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach Senior Stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology . Planning and organizing skills, ability to see the big picture . Stress resistant . Proactive with a can-do-attitude . A strong team player, proven team leadership potential . Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly . Desirable: Knowledge and experience with the HEINEKEN project management methodology (IPM/ITM), Knowledge of MS SharePoint. . Fluent English language required Why join Genpact .
