As a Project Manager at Azurity Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in the CMC Development team, contributing to the development of unique formulations and platforms that cater to the needs of underserved patients. Your responsibilities will include: - Documenting and maintaining comprehensive project files to track activities, milestones, and timelines effectively. - Monitoring resources and budget throughout the product development stages to ensure timely submission. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to track key performance indicators. - Leading proactive risk mitigation planning to achieve project deliverables successfully. - Reviewing the quality of work completed with the project team regularly to ensure timely completion. - Managing external vendors providing various services and materials, ensuring seamless coordination. Your duties and responsibilities will involve: - Developing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports. - Coordinating and leading project review meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Overseeing the planning and execution of projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion. - Managing people, tasks, suppliers, and risk effectively to address challenges and foresee project development. - Engaging with stakeholders to meet their needs, managing changes or updates to project scope. - Screening and onboarding vendors and leading tenders through evaluation and negotiations. - Collaborating with the finance team on budget forecasting and spend approvals. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacy or a related field. - Certification or degree relevant to project management. - Over 10 years of experience in a project management role within a pharmaceutical R&D environment. - Prior experience in formulation/analytical development is a plus. - Expertise in project management tools/software.
