Job Description

Our MNC is a Leading MNC and energy generation company with 5GW portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

Liaise with FIs & Banks for debt financing.
Review term sheet and negotiate Rate of Interest, Primary Security, Collateral etc. with Lenders.
Legal documentation for the execution of loan documents.
Establish and maintain good relationships with banks.
Financial modelling,calculation of financial ratios, variance analysis, interest working calculations to lenders etc.

Ideal Incumbent:

Qualified CA ,exposure to Corporate Finance,Financial Modelling,Fund Raising and Treasury.
Conversant with Filing loan proposals with Banks, finalizing term sheet for loan transaction,reviewing loan covenants.
Working with Power/Infrastructure sector..

ANNUAL REMUNERATION: 20LPA
