Manager - Project & Client Engagement

As a Manager of Project & Client Engagement, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery and project execution for our clients. Your strong relationship management, project coordination, and analytical skills will drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering strong and positive relationships. - Collaborate with clients to implement services, plan project timelines, and deliverables effectively. - Ensure compliance with contract terms and service-level agreements. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client value. - Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. - Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders. - Handle client feedback and complaints promptly following QMS processes. - Provide strategic guidance to clients for improved engagement and retention. - Monitor resource productivity through time sheet analysis and calculate utilization metrics. - Conduct effort estimation and track billing vs. resource utilization per client. - Oversee project closure and ensure timely billing based on agreed contract terms. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management and project coordination. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical mindset focused on resource management and billing. - Relevant experience in Industries such as IT Infra, Information Security & Cloud Services. - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. - Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
