Manager- Programs and Projects

As a Finance Consultant, Manager- IT Program & Projects at WS Audiology, your role will involve supporting the IT implementation of Infor LN projects worldwide, specifically focusing on Finance-related matters. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing guidance on defining the Infor LN Global template for Finance issues. - Collaborating with project teams to implement Finance topics in Infor LN effectively. - Offering IT solutions and system knowledge based on requirements from Analysts. - Providing functional and technical advice on Finance matters and best practices. - Assisting in training Finance users on the new Finance processes in Infor LN. - Researching and prototyping new LN Finance functionalities to enhance Global Finance. - Providing onsite and remote support to Key Users during all project stages and transformations. - Supporting Finance Infor LN Developments by liaising with various stakeholders and testing developments. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor or Masters in Finance & Accounting or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Infor LN 10.7 Finance module, preferably in an international setting. - Ability to work independently in gathering requirements, designing, and implementing Infor LN Finance setup. - Familiarity with IT systems development life cycle and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. - Proven experience in implementation or consulting roles within project teams. - Completed at least 4 full life-cycle projects. - Strong communication skills.
