Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Product Target finalization among stakeholders (Performance, Cost & Quality/Reliability targets )
Cross functional detailed project planning and timelines preparation
Identifying critical activities/milestones and working out granular plans for expediting of same
Driving SNPD deliverables for each stage
Drive SNPD gate clearances as per defined process and responsibilities
Driving daily project activities as per project timelines and debottlenecking
Risk identification and timely escalation of concerns
Periodic Product and Project Cost monitoring and controlling
Generate project MIS for management reviews
Publishing project completion report

Education Qualification

B-Tech., preferably Mechanical/Production

General Experience

10-12 Years of experience in Program Management, Preferably in Tractor Industry, Automobile and Construction equipment industry experience candidates can also be considered
Experience in managing project Capital and Revenue budgets
Hands on experience in driving business case evaluations and Product cost management
