Manager - Production, Manufacturing, and Factory Engineering

As the head of production, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes, focusing on Factory Layout and Production Layout. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support and ensure the production of best-in-class products. Your responsibilities will include managing teams and projects, providing leadership and vision, inspiring staff for excellence, and mentoring them. - Design and develop factory layout and production layout, ensuring functionality. - Develop engineering bill of process and Bill of resources for Manufacturing BOM. - Create manufacturing process planning for assembly requirements. - Calculate capacity and cycle time for assembly process to meet production needs. - Plan and design equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures, and validate them. - Participate in the supplier qualification process for necessary resources. - Establish quality metrics for products and resources in production line. - Conduct measurement point analysis and stack-up analysis using variational stack-up analysis software. - Implement MES architecture following ISA95 and I4.0 strategy. - Manage factory operations and documentation in compliance with regulations. - Perform safety, risk analysis, and maintenance schedules for factory and production systems. - Implement ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards. Desired Qualifications: - BE/ME in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering. - Proficiency in Factory planning, Layout planning, and Validation. - Experience in automated and manual assembly lines. - Knowledge of tool design, Jigs and fixtures planning, manufacturing, and validation. - Understanding of manufacturing process planning. - Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, QMS, 8D, PLM, ERP, EBOM, MBOM, CMM, Blue light scanning process, ISO standards, I4.O, and ISA95.
