Manager - Production, Manufacturing, and Factory Engineering

Role Overview: As the Head of Production, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing factory layouts, production layouts, engineering bills of process, and manufacturing process planning. You will also be involved in equipment planning, supplier qualification, quality metrics development, and implementation of MES architecture. Your leadership will be essential in managing factory operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing ISO standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop factory layout and production layout, ensuring functionality - Develop engineering bill of process and Bill of resources for Manufacturing BOM - Plan manufacturing process for assembly, including capacity and cycle time calculations - Design and validate equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures - Participate in supplier qualification process for necessary resources - Develop quality metrics for products and resources - Conduct measurement point analysis and stack-up analysis - Execute MES architecture according to ISA95 and implement I4.0 strategy - Manage factory operations and documentation for regulatory compliance - Conduct safety, risk analysis, and maintenance schedules for factory and production systems - Implement ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards Qualification Required: - BE/ME in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering - Experience in factory planning, layout planning, and validation - Experience in automated and manual assembly lines - Knowledge of tool design, jigs and fixtures planning, and manufacturing - Familiarity with manufacturing process planning - Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis - Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, QMS, 8D, etc. - Familiarity with PLM, ERP, EBOM, MBOM - Understanding of CMM, Blue light scanning process, and validation - Knowledge of ISO standards ISO9001/14001/45001 - Advantageous to have knowledge of I4.0 and ISA95 standards Additional Company Details: Omit this section as there are no additional details provided in the job description.,
