Manager Production- Injection Moulding

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for owning the entire production process and collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence. You will run quality assessments to guarantee customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Managing and evaluating the entire production process - Contributing to production planning and budgeting - Leading and monitoring quality assessments to maintain customer satisfaction - Maintaining a safe production environment - Coordinating with key internal and external production stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in CIPET - Minimum 15 years of experience - Expertise in Automotive parts Injection Moulding - Experience with moulds running on machines ranging from 100T to 650T - Proficiency in process setting for Injection moulding with plastic materials such as PPCP and ABS - Experience in managing shift Engineers - Skilled in handling daily and monthly production management, production manpower, daily production reporting, analysis of daily production-related KPIs, process settings, and FMEA You will be reporting to the plant's DGM/GM.,
