Manager - Production & Final Finish, Aurangabad

Key Responsibilities

•      Plan, organize, and control production to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.       
•      Ensure efficient resource utilization (manpower, machines, material).       
•      Monitor production KPIs like OEE, rejection rates, downtime, and throughput.       
•      Drive cost optimization, waste reduction, and lean manufacturing initiatives.       
•      Lead, mentor, and manage production supervisors and shop-floor teams.       
•      Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain for smooth operations.       
•      Implement and maintain safety, health, and environmental standards (5S, EHS).       
•      Maintain records and documentation as per ISO / QMS / regulatory requirements.       
•      Conduct daily production meetings, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions.       
•      Support new product introductions and process improvements.
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

•      Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.       
•      12-15 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.       
•      Proven experience in team handling and production supervision.       
•      Strong understanding of lean tools, TPM, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).       
•      Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / etc.) and MS Office.       
•      Sound knowledge of quality systems (ISO/TS/AS or GMP if pharma/food).
