Develop and manage relationships with OE Customers (internal and external) and drive improvements in Customer satisfaction; appropriately representing Goodyear. Lead all activities with OE supply quality team (CQA & AE) as the primary contact window person for Goodyear Aurangabad Plant. Ensure the qualtiy of all products (PDI) prior to the delivery to the OE customers. Responsible for Audits (Customer and Certification Program), and related documentations and closers Leading the external & Internal audit in plant which coming from Goodyear regional/Global, OEM customer, E- LPA, legal and certification body Leading the quick respond required from external parties in related to product quality and compliance to customer requirements Managing communication and agreement through cross function coordination to support proper respond to external parties Leading regular audit and review to ensure compliance are met Plan and coordinate with related Dept. on preparations for Customer Visit/Audit Lead to communicate detailed requirements of OE customer visit/audits to all supplying plants in Goodyear. Propose and drive the finalization of action plan with each functions and ensure implementation.
