Job Description

As a Manager - Process & Quality, your role involves providing day-to-day direction to Quality Associates and coordinating with Operations to ensure that the Quality Targets are met. You will be responsible for designing the Quality Management System that standardizes and documents all processes. Your duties also include ensuring compliance to contractual deliverables, addressing team-level issues, and implementing initiatives and projects as needed to drive performance. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all Quality SLAs are met and to design and drive KPIs and KRAs of the team. You will coordinate with all departments in implementing Quality Programs, conduct projects to improve performance, develop plans to minimize cost and increase productivity, and plan for manpower requirements while implementing right sizing of the department when needed. Additionally, you will create process documentation, standardize processes of quality, conduct training for quality as needed, and develop the quality team in accordance with the quality roadmap.
