Job Description

As a Manager - Process & Quality, your role involves providing day-to-day direction to Quality Associates and ensuring that Quality Targets are met by coordinating with Operations. You will be responsible for designing the Quality Management System to standardize and document all processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring compliance with contractual deliverables and addressing team-level issues - Implementing initiatives and projects to drive performance - Meeting all Quality SLAs - Designing and driving KPIs and KRAs for the team - Coordinating with all departments to implement Quality Programs - Conducting projects to improve performance - Developing plans to minimize cost and increase productivity - Planning for manpower requirements and implementing right sizing of the department - Creating process documentation and standardizing quality processes - Conducting training for quality as needed - Developing the quality team in accordance with the quality roadmap In terms of qualifications, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in any stream and a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
