Manager - Pricing & Market Access

Role Overview: Sandoz is going through an exciting phase as a global leader in providing sustainable Biosimilar and Generic medicines. As a part of the Value & Access Team, you will be responsible for supporting the development, dissemination, and maintenance of Pricing & Market Access (PMA) deliverables for in-market, launch, and selected key strategic products. Your role will involve tasks such as Launch Price Strategy, IRP impact analysis, Pricing Analytics, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Develop optimal knowledge and experience in Pricing and Market Access (PMA) domain - Create and maintain quantitative and qualitative outputs in accordance with agreed processes and timelines - Collaborate with stakeholders on project planning and ensure quality deliverables from junior colleagues - Assist in developing guidance and training materials, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and build relationships with key stakeholders - Train, coach, and mentor new associates/junior colleagues within the V&A team - Maintain project records, ensure audit and SOP compliance Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific field plus a graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant subject area - Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other in-scope country languages is advantageous - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in conducting Pricing and Market Access (PMA) or health economic and outcomes research (HE&OR) in the pharmaceutical industry - Experience in data analysis, modeling, and report visualization using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage stakeholders effectively Additional Company Details: Sandoz, a leader in the Generic and Biosimilar medicines sector, aims to touch more patients" lives by providing access to low-cost, high-quality medicines sustainably.
