Manager - Pricing & Market Access

Role Overview: Sandoz is a global leader in providing sustainable Biosimilar and Generic medicines, currently undergoing an exciting transformative period. As part of the Value & Access Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, dissemination, and maintenance of Pricing & Market Access (PMA) deliverables for key strategic products. Your responsibilities will include developing launch price strategies, conducting pricing analytics, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders to drive the success of Sandoz in the pharmaceutical domain. Key Responsibilities: - Develop optimal knowledge and experience in Pricing and Market Access (PMA) domain - Create and maintain quantitative and qualitative deliverables based on business requirements within agreed timelines - Collaborate with stakeholders to plan project schedules and ensure quality deliverables from junior colleagues - Support the development of guidance and training materials, contribute to continuous improvement, and build relationships with key stakeholders - Train, coach, and mentor new associates/junior colleagues within the V&A team, ensuring functional development and alignment with project management standards Qualification Required: - Undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific field with a graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in subjects like pharmacy, health economics, epidemiology, public health, or business management - Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is advantageous - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Pricing and Market Access (PMA) or health economic and outcomes research (HE&OR) in the pharmaceutical industry - Proficiency in MS-Office tools, experience in quantitative/qualitative data analysis, and stakeholder management skills Additional Details: Sandoz, a leader in the Generic and Biosimilar medicines sector, strives to impact more patients globally with high-quality, affordable medicines.
