Job Description

As a dynamic Pre-Sales Manager at our high-growth logistics SaaS business, you will play a crucial role in connecting our cutting-edge logistics platform with enterprise clients, contributing to revenue growth through engaging product demonstrations, solution design, and technical consultation. Your expertise in logistics domain and SaaS sales will be instrumental in securing complex enterprise deals. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting compelling product demonstrations tailored for C-level executives and technical stakeholders - Leading the technical aspects of sales presentations for enterprise prospects - Collaborating with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop customized solution proposals - Creating technical proposals, responses, and solution documents In addition, you will: - Analyze prospects" existing logistics operations to identify optimization opportunities - Design end-to-end logistics technology solutions in alignment with client business objectives - Conduct technical discovery sessions to comprehend integration requirements and constraints - Provide technical guidance on API integrations, data migration, and system compatibility - Collaborate with the product team to influence the roadmap based on market needs Moreover, you will: - Build and nurture relationships with business and technical decision-makers - Act as the primary technical liaison between prospects and internal teams - Manage multiple concurrent pre-sales cycles with enterprise accounts - Conduct on-site visits for process assessments and stakeholder alignment - Support the customer success team during implementation and onboarding phases - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums Preferred qualifications include: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/MBA, or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Technology - 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, management/supply chain consulting, or technical sales, with at least 2 years in logistics and supply chain selling SAAS/cloud-based enterprise solutions - Understanding of logistics operations such as TMS, WMS, route optimization, fleet management, and knowledge of supply chain processes like procurement, inventory management, distribution - Experience with integration platforms and enterprise software ecosystems - Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially with C-level executives, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple pre-sales cycles - A consultative selling approach with a customer-centric mindset This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in logistics and SaaS sales to drive business growth and deliver innovative solutions to our enterprise clients.,
