Job Title : Manager – PPC & Business Development (Solar) Location : Prabhadevi, Mumbai (Must be willing to travel to factory at Taloja MIDC and pan-India) Job Type : Full-time Working Days : Monday to Saturday Work Hours : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – PPC & Business Development to join our solar division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Module Mounting Structures (MMS) along with proven experience in production planning, B2B sales, and marketing within the solar industry. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Control Manage end-to-end production activities including planning, quality control, and packing. Design and develop solar mounting structures based on project-specific needs. Monitor raw material inflow/outflow and oversee procurement requirements. Evaluate and ensure optimal machine performance for MMS manufacturing. Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and in-house teams. Track and manage production-related cash flow. Marketing & Business Development Identify and acquire new business opportunities and projects in the solar sector. Promote company products and capabilities across targeted segments. Conduct market research to assess trends, rates, and customer demand. Organize and attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings. Implement marketing strategies and evaluate campaign performance. Monitor competitor activities and gather industry intelligence. Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and sales reports. Present performance metrics and business updates to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering (required) MBA in Marketing (preferred) Graduates with relevant solar industry experience may also apply Experience 5+ years in Solar Structure Production , PPC , or B2B Technical Sales Prior experience with companies like Karamtara Engineering , Purshottam Profiles , Insolare , or Fab India Nashik is preferred.
