Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Candidate should have experience in Operation & Maintenance of Tunnel related equipments like Drill jumbos , Shortcrete Machines , Lifting equipments ,LMV,HMV & Earth moving equipments like Excavators, Loaders, Boomers, Back Hoe Loaders etc.
Should be able to monitor day to day P&M related site activities.
Identify areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools like root cause analysis.
Handle machine breakdown, preventive & planned maintenance, overhauling, product development & inventory control. Introduce proper systems in Operations, Mechanical Maintenance & Electrical Maintenance.
Identify and rectify problems and involved in troubleshooting, conceptualizing and implementing measures for increasing operational efficiency.
Perform Preventive,Predictive, & Schedule maintenance as and when required and as per OEM standards.
Should ensure 100% availability of the Vehicles & machinery and to mobilize at site as per site requirement and to coordinate with all departments.

Preferred candidate profile:

The Candidate Should be a Diploma/B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 10 - 20 years of Experience in Tunnel projects from reputed infrastructure companies.
