Job Description

Manager Planning

Assist in preparation and updating of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Coordinate with execution, procurement, design, and other departments to collect schedule inputs.
Track project milestones, monitor critical paths, and flag delays or deviations from baseline plans.
Support in preparation of DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), WPRs (Weekly Progress Reports), and MPRs (Monthly Progress Reports).
Prepare look-ahead schedules, resource histograms, and cash flow projections.
Conduct delay analysis and suggest recovery plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
Maintain proper documentation and assist in client and stakeholder communications.
Assist in preparing project presentations, dashboards, and MIS reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters in Construction Management is a plus).
Minimum 8 years of planning experience in Large scale road/highway/infrastructure projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and other planning tools.
Strong understanding of MoRTH specifications, contract management, and project lifecycle.
Good communication and coordination skills to interface with internal teams and external stakeholders.
