As a Manager Performance Media based in Gurgaon, your role will involve setting up and launching client campaigns, as well as managing daily operations during the deployment phase. **Responsibilities:** - Understand the overall media objective to assess the impact of digital touch points for a client campaign. - Develop a campaign strategy based on the client brief, ensuring optimal usage of digital platforms within the allocated budget. - Prepare a combined execution plan, allocating tasks to Search, Social, and Programmatic teams, and assign monthly activities during the deployment phase. - Oversee campaign deployment continuously, reviewing campaign effectiveness regularly. - Guide the team in daily operations of ongoing client campaigns, addressing their queries and concerns. - Make optimization recommendations and ensure their smooth implementation on an ongoing basis. - Provide clients with daily reports containing tracking dashboards and optimization data for review and action. - Assist in developing processes, formats, and checklists to ensure efficient delivery of client expectations. - Organize regular review calls with clients to check key milestones and undertake corrective actions as needed. - Conduct post-campaign review calls with clients and share updates on new launches. **Qualifications:** - MBA/ Masters in Business Management. - 3+ years of performance media experience required. - Experience in Search and Social Media (META + Google). - Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills. - Presentation Skills. - Eye for Detail and Accuracy. - Analytical Skills. - Client Management. - Team Management. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
