Job Description:

· Payroll Manager is Responsible for that employees are paid correctly and on time, contributing to employee satisfaction and organisational compliance

· They View ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits and deductions while complying with relevant laws and regulations

· They also maintain employee records, generate payroll reports and ensure financial confidentiality

· Payroll managers are instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with employees, finance departments and external stakeholders such as tax authorities and regulatory bodies.

· Expert Knowledge in labour laws and taxation requirements

· Taxation Expert (PF/ESIC/LWF/LWP/TDS Etc)

· Advance Excel Knowledge and Good MIS With Dashboard Publicity

· Manual +HRMIS Payroll Should be Handled

· Reconciliation of Payroll Accounts

· Collaborating with the human resources and finance departments to seamlessly integrate payroll and employee data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
