Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure seamless integration between payroll software systems to avoid discrepancies. Manage payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries. Coordinate with HR teams to gather employee data and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC). Process payroll taxes, including TDS deductions and netting off of leave encashment. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other relevant details. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in payroll management or a related field. Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, PAYROLL processes and regulations. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with HR teams and employees. Proficiency in using various payroll software applications (e.g., SAP) for efficient processing. Location - Newtown, opposite to eco park.
