Role Overview: As the primary operational point of contact for the team, your responsibilities will include managing workflows, ensuring optimal resource allocation, monitoring and improving team productivity, maintaining operational metrics, SLAs, and quality standards, managing escalations and complex issue resolutions with banking partners and internal teams, and driving initiatives for process automation and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary operational POC, managing workflows and resource allocation - Monitor and enhance team productivity, meeting operational metrics and quality standards - Manage escalations and complex issue resolutions, coordinating with partners and internal teams - Drive initiatives for process automation and operational efficiency Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in operations or related field - 2+ years of management experience - Demonstrated leadership skills for managing and developing high-performing teams - Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and independence in work - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for cross-functional collaboration - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Additional Details: This is a hybrid role that will require you to work from the Bangalore office three days a week.
