About the Role:

strategic and data-driven Senior Manager Paid Media

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute full-funnel paid media strategies

    for the university’s undergraduate, postgraduate, and online programs.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns

    across Google, Meta, and YouTube to meet key metrics such as

    CPL, CPA, and ROI

    .
  • Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams

    to align digital campaigns with enrollment targets and academic calendars.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign data

    , providing actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Oversee media budgets

    , ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI across platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a small team

    of paid media specialists, ensuring campaign excellence and professional growth.
  • Work closely with

    creative and content teams

    to develop impactful ad messaging tailored to student and parent audiences.
  • Monitor market trends

    and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years

    of hands-on experience in

    performance marketing

    , ideally within the

    university or EdTech space

    .
  • Proven track record of managing

    student acquisition campaigns

    across

    Google Ads, Meta Ads

    , and

    YouTube

    .
  • Strong understanding of the

    student decision-making journey

    , from awareness to enrollment.
  • Expertise in

    campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion tracking

    (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Experience in

    budget management

    and

    data-driven decision-making

    .
  • Excellent

    analytical, leadership, and communication skills

    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; certifications in Google Ads and Meta are an advantage.
