Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage sales order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination for B2B, QSR, and export customers. - Ensure accurate, timely invoicing with full tax compliance (GST, TCS for exports, etc.). - Collaborate closely with sales and supply chain teams to resolve any discrepancies in order fulfillment. - Monitor AR aging reports, ensuring timely collections and reducing overdue invoices. - Implement and enforce credit control policies to balance business growth and risk mitigation. - Review new customer onboarding and credit terms in coordination with sales and finance teams. - Drive ERP integration (Tally Prime) for seamless order booking, invoicing, and collection tracking. - Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline the O2C cycle. - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including GST, TCS for exports, and customer invoicing requirements. - Maintain accurate, organized records to ensure audit readiness at all times. - Prepare AR reports, collection forecasts, and working capital insights for senior management review. Qualifications Required: - CA / CMA with 5 years of experience OR MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com with 8-10 years of experience in O2C, AR, or Credit Control. - Proven expertise in AR management, credit risk assessment, and cash flow optimization. - In-depth knowledge of GST, TCS for exports, and other tax compliance matters in customer invoicing. - Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Tally Prime preferred). - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risk and make data-driven decisions. - Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.). - Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.,
